Strategic Working Meeting on the 2026 Action Plan

On December 29, the leadership of the Public Union “Alliance for Sustainable Development of Ukraine” held a strategic working meeting dedicated to shaping the organization’s activity framework for 2026.
The meeting was attended by Oleksandr Nefyodov, Chairman of the Board, and Margaryta Kvitko, Head of Office.
During the session, the key strategic priorities for the Alliance’s development were defined, a portfolio of investment and infrastructure initiatives was outlined, and the main directions of international engagement for the upcoming year were agreed upon.
The primary objectives for 2026 include:
• expanding partnerships with European institutions;
• preparing strategic investment projects;
• strengthening coordination with public authorities;
• implementing modern governance and transparency standards.
The year 2026 is positioned as a phase of systematic growth, institutional strengthening, and enhanced international cooperation, with a clear focus on delivering long-term strategic initiatives.
The Alliance continues to develop institutional frameworks that support Ukraine’s sustainable development and foster long-term partnerships with both international and domestic stakeholders.
