Business Negotiations with LLC “SOYUZ” on Engineering and Infrastructure Development Initiatives

On January 7, 2026, representatives of the Public Union “Alliance for Sustainable Development of Ukraine” held business negotiations with Serhii Shmarov, Construction Director of LLC “SOYUZ.”
The discussions focused on the company’s engineering capabilities, technical infrastructure, and operational scalability, as well as potential cooperation within infrastructure modernization and development programs.
LLC “SOYUZ” is engaged in structural development, reconstruction, facility modernization, engineering networks, electrical systems implementation, and restoration of critical infrastructure assets. The company operates its own technical base and possesses substantial experience in executing technically complex projects.
Particular attention was devoted to the alignment of engineering expertise and production resources within prospective modernization and reconstruction initiatives requiring coordinated implementation frameworks.
These negotiations form part of the Alliance’s broader strategic efforts to consolidate professional capacity, structure investment-ready project environments, and advance long-term infrastructure development programs.
