Memorandum of Cooperation Signed between the Public Union “Alliance for Sustainable Development of Ukraine” and LLC “BMVS-EXPERT”

On April 15, 2026, at the office of LLC “BMVS-EXPERT,” a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between the Public Union “Alliance for Sustainable Development of Ukraine,” represented by Chairman of the Board Oleksandr Stepanovych Nefyodov, and LLC “BMVS-EXPERT,” represented by Executive Director Roman Mykhailovych Syromyatnikov.

The signing of the Memorandum marked a continuation of the agreements reached on April 1, 2026, and formalized the transition of the parties to the practical implementation of joint initiatives.

The document defines the framework for partnership in the field of preparation and implementation of investment and recovery projects for enterprises affected by armed aggression or located in temporarily occupied territories.

Within the framework of cooperation, the parties intend to combine the potential of the Union’s investment partners with the expert and legal expertise of LLC “BMVS-EXPERT,” particularly in asset valuation, audit, preparation of investment solutions, and transaction support.

“The signing of this Memorandum is aimed at restoring the economic potential of enterprises affected by armed aggression through the use of frozen russian assets,” — noted Chairman of the Board Oleksandr Stepanovych Nefyodov.
