Project Overview
The project involves the development of a modern port terminal complex within the territory of a maritime port, including the construction of berth infrastructure with a total length of up to 600 meters.
Total land area: 23.8 hectares, including:
• 15 ha — privately owned (state title);
• 12 ha — maritime water area leased for 49 years.
The planned berths are included in the Master Development Plan of the Port, confirming integration into the strategic infrastructure framework and compliance with the long-term modernization program.
Technical Capabilities
The port is capable of accommodating vessels with a deadweight exceeding 200,000 tons and a maximum draft of up to 18.5 meters, including:
• Panamax
• Capesize
• Newcastlemax
These technical parameters enable the implementation of large-scale, export-oriented terminal and industrial projects.
